The attached application for a permit to construct must be filled out in duplicate with original owner's signatures.  Checklists have also been provided to assist with design proposals and as built drawings for engineered plans and installer plans.

As of July 1, 2007 the following fees apply, payable to the Town of Greenwich.  Separate checks must accompany separate permit applications.

Permit to Construct: $323.00
Septic Plan Revision Fees:
Installer Plan: $36.00
Engineered Plan: $64.00
