Be sure to include your contact information so that we may schedule your appointment and include the parcel tax id number (this number can be obtained from the Tax Assessor's office). Appointment requests missing the parcel tax id number will not be processed.
Please be advised that as of January 1, 2007 Soil Test appointments can no longer be scheduled over the phone or faxed in. As of January 1, 2007 there will be a fee charged per soil test. This fee must accompany the request form. Checks can be paid to the Town of Greenwich. Form and fee can be dropped off in our office, M-F, 8am - 2:30pm or mailed to:
