Open the attached files for information and application for a 100% Code Complying Septic Replacement Area.  The Flow Chart will explain the procedures necessary to obtain a Certificate for a 100% Replacement Area.  The file named 100%ReplApp is the application itself (you will need 2 copies).  The file 100%ReplChkLst is a checklist to make sure that all information submitted is as needed.  As of July 1, 2007 the fee is $164.00, payable to the Town of Greenwich.
