Park Permits/Group Outings

Greenwich Point-Clambake Area

Capacity:  Minimum - 50 Maximum - 500
Fee:      $125.00

Non-Refundable $125.00 Permit Fee required securing date and location. Proof of residency is required before permit will be issued (one month before event).
Current Park Pass, Vessel Use Permit ID Card, or Drivers License in conjunction with
current phone or electric bill will be accepted as proof.
Must be a resident of Greenwich and 21 years or older to make a Reservation.

**Daily park pass fees apply for non-current Park Pass-holders.
**FEES: $5.00 per person and $20.00 per vehicle (Daily park passes are valid for any ONE day in the 2010 season).
    * Area available from May 1 - October 31, 2010.
    * Hours available: 8:00 a.m. to half hour before sunset.
    * Keg Permits are required for kegs- Issued through Parks & Recreation Dept.–No Fee
    * No corporate picnics on Saturdays or Sundays.
     * No more than 150 people on Saturdays or Sundays.
     * Pavilion, restrooms, grills and picnic tables provided.
    * Small Tent (900 sq ft max.) allowed. Permit may be required for tents over 350sq. ft. Please contact the Building Department for details.
    * No pets allowed.
     * No weddings permitted.
    * No amplified music permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Reservation must be cancelled AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to event for a refund.  There will be a $25.00 Admin. Fee for any Cancellation.  If a picnic is cancelled due to inclement weather a request for refund must be made within a week from day of event.  All requests must be put IN WRITING and sent to Parks & Recreation ATTN: Parks & Trees Div., in order to be processed.
        THERE WILL BE A $25.00 FEE FOR ANY RETURNED CHECKS


Greenwich Point-Cowbarn Area
***Does not include Seaside Garden area usage***

Capacity:  Minimum - 26 Maximum - 50
Fee:      $125.00

Byram Shore Park (Clambake Area)

        $5.00 per person required for access to the beach
    *Area available from May 1 - October 31, 2010.

    *Keg Permits are required for kegs- Issued through Parks & Recreation Dept.–No Fee
    *Permit required for ball field usage(Contact Don Mohr @: 203-622-7825)
