The Family Council is an independent (self-led and self-determining) group of families and friends of residents who work together to protect and improve the quality of life for residents, provide families with a voice in decisions that affect their loved ones, and speak with a unified voice when pressing issues to Administration and the Board.
Family Council Meetings
Family Council General Meetings shall be scheduled four times per year with preference to those meetings occurring in the months of January, April, July and October of each calendar year. An agenda for these meetings is required.
Family Council Board Meetings
Four Family Council Board Meetings will be held each calendar year, approximately thirty days prior to Family Council General Meetings.
